Together, they develop cross-sector solutions to support young talent and start-ups. Even so, they share many challenges, such as securing early-stage funding, gaining visibility on global platforms and keeping pace with technological change. Until now, the industries and regions have largely tackled these challenges separately. REAVES creates a shared foundation for collaboration and knowledge exchange between projects, public bodies, education providers and industry organisations. The aim is to develop coherent support measures and encourage more talent and companies to stay in the regions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Skellefte\u00e5 Science City contributes experience from Arctic Game Incubator, BSG-Go! and THE LEAGUE network. We lead the project\u2019s work on cross-sector skills exchange, focusing on how creative companies and traditional industry can collaborate and learn from each other.
