Billing options<\/p>\n

\n

Please address invoices to us using one of the following three options:<\/p>\n

1. E-invoice<\/strong>
If you are already able to send electronic invoices such as Svefaktura or via Peppol, please contact your e-invoice service provider (VAN operator) and ask them to set it up according to the details below:

2. PDF invoice via email<\/strong>
If your system allows you to generate invoices as PDF files, please send them to the email address below.
Note:<\/strong> One invoice per PDF file.
PDF invoices should be sent to: 6330@faktura.scancloud.se<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Paper invoice<\/strong>
As a last resort, we accept paper invoices. If you are unable to switch to e-invoices or emailed PDFs, please send invoices to the following address:<\/p>\n

Terms<\/p>\n

\n

Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. If there is an agreement with payment terms that deviate from this, those contractual terms shall take precedence. Order fees, invoicing fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the supplier or a third party are not accepted. Exceptions to the Swedish Interest Act are also not accepted.<\/p>\n
