Skellefteå has strong potential to take a leading role in the development of circular industry. By reshaping traditional industrial processes, we can minimize waste, recover resources, and introduce smart energy systems and new circular business models. We will lead collaborative projects that accelerate this innovative capacity among industrial companies and the public sector in the region.

Mastering digital and cutting-edge technology improves everyday life and boosts the growth potential of individuals, businesses, and society. That’s why we run projects that inspire and make technology and expertise more accessible, with the aim of strengthening Skellefteå’s competitiveness and resilience.

Tomorrow’s transport solutions are environmentally friendly and efficient, both in the air and on the ground. Improved access to green transport systems will dramatically reduce carbon emissions. By exploring and innovating in infrastructure and new solutions, and by accelerating electrification, we create sustainable mobility solutions that meet tomorrow’s challenges already today.
